The Secret

So I Started Reading PUSH (The Game #2) by Eve Silver...

Push (The Game, #2)
TBR: June 10th, 2014.
"You were never just a normal girl. I hear his voice in my head, but it's just a memory.
Jackson's gone. Forever.
I thought I could save him like he saved me.
I failed.
I can't bear it. I can't mourn again, can't do it, not right now. Not anytime soon.
The guy in the back is singing off-key while he makes the pie. The woman behind the counter plants her fists on her hips. Her expression's pretty clear. She'd like us to find the exit, like... now. Thanks for the concern, lady.
The few steps it'll take me to get to the door stretch like an abyss before me. I'm not sure that my legs won't buckle before I hit the sidewalk.
Carly shifts my arm from her waist and drapes it across her shoulders. Like she's afraid I'll crumble. I won't I refuse. I won't let this break me."
Miki is a girl with nerves of STEEL. She is my kind of girl! I loved RUSH because it was addictive, all encompassing, and I couldn't wait to get my hands on PUSH because I was sure it was going to be just as good. It starts off exactly where RUSH left off, with Miki, Luka, and Carly in the pizza parlor after Luka and Miki have gone through the battle of their lives and are back in the normal world. Miki has lost Jackson, but as you can see with the little sneak peek paragraph she is not going to let that break her. I am enjoying it so much! I love the whole world and how full of mystery it is, I love the author's writing, and I love Miki.

Can't wait to read more!

PS; Crossing fingers we will see Jackson again!

Recent YA Releases: Week of March 10th-March 16th

I wish I had five pairs of eyes, so all of them could read at the same time. That way I would MAYBE get ahead of my TBR pile JUST ONCE #BookwormFail Here are eight titles that release today, or are going to be released within the next week: If you are looking for sequels...          I   Sequel to Gates of Thread and Stone   I  Sequel to  White Space   I   The Agency Series Book #4   I Sequel to Tandem   I have been eagerly waiting for Tandem 's sequel, Tether , for what it feels like lifetimes now ( Many worlds. Many lives--infinite possibilities) . Tandem was a very nice surprise to me so I am hoping Tether is just as good, if not better (infinite universes, romance, adventure, action!). The Infinite is another I have queued up in my Kindle, as well as The Dicken's Mirror ( White Space was such a weird, yet interesting, read; a story within a story within a story...). I have let the series The Agency go, last book ...

Which Fictional Hottie-from-a-book Team do you Support?

Have I told you guys how totally in love I am with  I'm Loving Books.com ? The admin, Sarah, creates the best mini banners out there (I have some under my Favorite Series column). She also came up with Team Stickers for a lot of different series, including The Iron Fey, Morganville Vampires, The Vampire Diaries, The Hunger Games, etc. I don't know about you, but I personally  love them ! Talking about taking sides is easy, but are you ready to commit and get a Team Sticker to prove your loyalty? I know I am! Delirium So Alex stole my heart in Delirium, and I am not about to let him go and forget about him just because yummy Julian decided to make an appearance. I will admit Julian's scenes with Lena in  Pandemonium  were hot, but my heart belongs to Alex. The Hunger Games In the books I usually go for the dark and handsome type, but Peeta is just something else. He can really steal your heart (and then maybe disguise it into some sort of pastry and make you eat it). ...
